In begin of December we have been happy to meet as a team of three in Hamburg. We spent a great time in a nice flat in middle of the city.
Working on our project, sharing skills and knowledge through in depth hands on sessions and for sure had the chance to explore Hamburg city as well as its famous nightlife.
Surreal to now be back from our second team event with 9 employees just two months later.
And again we have had an amazing time. Living together for one week in Dornbirn, Austria helped our new team to get known to each other and build a relationship.
We have succesfully been able to onboard all new colleagues to the company and our projects. We enjoyed many technical sessions and team building through escape room, yoga, meditation and wellness in a great atmosphere.
Besides digging into Yocto Linux, Code Signing, automotive security and discussing the role of RUST in future technology, ice bathing sessions cooled off our heads while delicious, mostly vegetarian and vegan food filled our stomaches dayly — Always fresh prepared by a good friend of mine (the same friend who organized the donation event we took part at back in 2022). Furthermore, we as a team commited to values we all can identify with and helping us to maintain a uplifting and productive work environment.
As a summary I can state that it has been a great and effective event. Knowing I have a team of highly passionated, motivated and skilled branch experts, I am so much motivated to kick off the future and give Zero Day a big GO in forward direction. Thanks at this point to all my team for your support, trust and motivation of being part of this!
